This is an old recipe from my mom's cookbook, but I have no idea why this cake is called "Misha" .
Ingredients:
- 5eggs
- 150 grams of sugar
- 150 grams of wheat flour
- 4 spoons of cocoa
- 150 grams of butter
- 300 grams of milk
- 1 vanilla pudding
- 1 spoon of vinegar
- 8 spoons of water
- 7 spoons of powdered sugar
- vanilla sugar
- baking powder
Beat the egg yolks with 70 grams of sugar and 5 spoons of warm water.
Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar.
Over the egg yolks add 2 spoons of cocoa, the baking powder mixed with 1 spoon of vinegar and the flour and mix.
Add the egg whites and mix.
Pour the composition in a tray and put it in the oven for 15 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius.
In a separate bowl mix the butter with 5 spoons of powdered sugar and the vanilla sugar.
Meanwhile mix the pudding with the milk, following the instructions from its box.
Add the cold pudding over the cold butter and mix.
Put the composition in the fridge for 20 minutes.
After you made different forms from the composition, cut them in the middle and add the filling.
For the glaze mix at slow fire 3 spoons of water with 2 spoons of powdered sugar and 2 spoona of cocoa.
Add the glaze over the cake as you want.
Enjoy!

Probably she had the recipe from a lady called Misha. My mother has the same- in her recipes book, all the recipes are called after the name of the person gave her the recipe :)
Could be - it's a pretty sound potential explanation
