Locorotondo is a nice village, with beautiful white houses.

Hotel review - La casetta dei sogni d'oro, Castellana Grotte, Italy

We would not recommend it. It seemed like they gave us the same room in which the owners usually sleep - the bath was full of cleaning products and cosmetics, the wardrobe was full of clothes.

The breakfast is awful - only prepackaged stuff bought from the supermarket.

However, do not spend too much time here. Puglia is much too beautiful to loose an entire day in Alberobello.

It's a unique and wonderful place. It seems taken from a fairytale. You would expect the 7 dwarfs to come out of the trulli anytime.
