We found a supermarket in Luxembourg that is open on Sunday all day long, from 08:00 until 18:00.
It's the supermarket Match in Grevenmacher.
It's only 20 minutes from Luxembourg City centre. The address is Kahlenberg, 6739 Grevenmacher, Luxembourg.
From Luxembourg take the highway to Trier and exit 13-Potaschbierg. Follow the national route to Grevenmacher and after 3 kilometers you're there.
Another supermarkets in Echternach open on Sundays are Delhaize open until 18h or Cactus which is open until 13h .
Let's go and do some ... shopping then :)!

This was really helpful - thank you! Went there today and the store was really well-sorted and fresh-looking, not to mention that it was open on a Sunday when desperation was growing due to a dinner I had planned to host tonight : )
