- about 1 kg of beans
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- olive oil
- 250 gr tomato juice
- 100 gr of chopped bacon
- 300-400 gr of sausage
- 1 kg of tomatoes
- laurel (leaves)
Mince the onions and let them boil. After the onions become yellow, add the sausages.
After 10 minutes add the minced carrots, cover the pan and let them boil for 20 minutes.
Add the beans and let them boil for another 15-20 minutes.
Add the tomato juice and the tomatoes chopped well, and let them boil for another hour at slow fire.
