Marble chocolate cheesecake - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 3 spoons of cocoa
  • 750 gr of fresh cow cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 gr of sugar
  • vanilla sugar
  • 200 gr of flour
  • 100 gr of plain biscuits
  • 250 gr of butter
  • 4 spoons of mineral water
  • 50 gr of dark chocolate
  • 50 gr of margarine
  • 20 ml of milk

Mix well all the butter with half of the sugar, add the cocoa powder, one egg yolk, the flour, the mineral water and the biscuit crumbs and press down the mixture to cover the bottom of the oven tray.

Let the tray in the oven for 5 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius.

In a separate bowl add the cheese, the remaining of the eggs, vanilla sugar and the rest of the sugar (more if you like sweeter)

Add half of the cheese mixture on top of the baked cake, and mix the other half with the melted chocolate.

For the melted chocolate you need the dark chocolate, the margarine and the milk.

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and let them boil at slow fire for a few seconds.

Add the mixed chocolate cheese on top of the oven tray. Try to make nice abstract shapes:

Put it in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for at least 30 minutes .

Bon Appetit!
