- 500 gr of Greek yogurt
- 3 medium cucumbers, grated
- 3-6 cloves of garlic, minced (according to taste)
- 2 spoons of olive oil
- salt
Mix all the above ingredients and put the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 days, so that the aroma of garlic and cucumber impregnates within the yoghurt.
