This year Christmas market started on November 26, and will be held as usual in Place d'Armes.

Zacusca (vegetable spread) - recipe (including photos)
Ingredients:
Cut the onions and let them fry until yellow.
Add the chopped bell peppers, and the grated carrot, and let them cook covered for about 15 minutes.
Add the chopped eggplants and let them cook covered for about 10 minutes, mixing from time to time.
Add the tomatoes and let them cook for another 30 minutes.
Add the tomatoes juice, the paprika and the pepper and let them cook for another 20 minutes.

- 3 - 4 roasted eggplants
- 2 bell peppers
- 3 onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 200 grams of tomatoes juice
- 1 - 2 carrots
- salt
- pepper
- paprika

Butter biscuits - recipe (including photos)
Ingredients:
- 300-350 grams of wheat flour
- 150 grams of butter
- 5 spoons of cold milk
- 3 spoons of sugar
- salt
- vanilla sugar
Mix well all the ingredients above.
Until you obtain a soft and slightly crumbly dough. Then leave the dough 1 hour in the fridge.
Spread the dough on the table and make different forms. If you don't have forms any glass will do.
Put the biscuits in a tray, and cook them for about 20 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.
