Fried meat with potatoes - recipe (including photos)

We used a basic recipe , but very tasty.

Ingredients for potato side dish:
  • 700 grams of potatoes
  • 5 medium onions
  • 150 grams of bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams of fresh cream
  • 100 grams of grated cheese


Cut the onions and the bacon and fry them at slow fire, until the onions become yellow.


Boil the potatoes. Cut them in small pieces and put them in a tray. Above , add the bacon with the onions and half of the cream. Finally add another layer of potatoes.


In a separate bowl beat the eggs with some pepper and salt (if the bacon is not salty)


Above the last layer of potatoes add the grated cheese, the remaining cream and the eggs. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about half of hour.


Ingredients for fried meat:
  • 300-400 grams of chicken breast
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 50 milliliters of sunflower oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • laurel



In a pan, add the sunflower oil and when it is very hot add the meat, the laurel , the paprika, and the pepper, and let them fry covered, at slow fire for about 30-40 minutes.


When the meat is ready add the chopped garlic, and let the pan covered for at least 10 minutes.
