- 200 grams of wheat flour
- 150 grams of yogurt
- 7 grams of yeast
- the zest from 1 orange
- 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- vanilla sugar
- cinnamon
- salt
Mix all the ingredients above until you obtain a non-sticky dough.
Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
Spread the dough (1 - 2 cm thick) on the table and make different forms. Let it rest again for 20 minutes.
Fry them in hot sunflower oil, for few seconds. Put the fried donuts on a plate covered with paper napkins. After that roll them in powdered sugar.
You can eat them with milk, jam or as they are.
