Pasta with cheese and peaches - recipe (including photos)


Ingredients:
  • 200 grams of pasta
  • 500 grams of fresh cheese
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • vanilla sugar
  • 2 peaches in syrup
  • salt
Boil the pasta.



Add the butter and salt and mix until are well incorporated.


Cover with the pasta the bottom of a tray.


Meanwhile prepare the cheese filling. Mix the eggs with the vanilla sugar, the sugar and the cheese.


Add the peaches.


Add the composition over the pasta.


You can create a row from pasta around of the cheese composition.


Put it in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for almost 1 hour.
