Homemade limoncello - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 4 lemons
  • 500 milliliters of water
  • 350 milliliters of alcohol
  • 250 grams of sugar

Pour the alcohol over the zest of the lemons and let them rest for 30 days in a sealed recipient.



After 30 days, add the (cold) juice made from water and sugar mixed at slow fire.



Let it rest for another 20 days.
