Probably what's characteristic for this city is grandeur. You do not have the usual city centers with small streets, old timber frame houses. Everything's big and bigger.

Trip to Berlin, Germany - part 1

Mantelsonndeg 2011 - today in Luxembourg
Shops are open today in the city from 14:00 to 18:00, for the traditional Mantelsonndeg.
This is a reminder of the days when, the Sunday before the All Saints Day, people from the villages came into the city to buy their coats to get them through the winter.

Hot chocolate - 2nd recipe (including photos)
If you didn't like the first recipe, or if you found it resembles too much to a pudding (like we did), we propose another recipe.
Ingredients
Melt down the chocolate at slow fire or preferable over the steam from a bowl with boiling water.
Mix at slow fire the melted chocolate with the milk and salt (if you use dark chocolate, add the sugar).
Enjoy!

Trip to Taranto, Italy
Taranto is a really sad city, with one of the most rundown historical city centers we've seen in Italy. A pity for the importance this city shows it had in the past.
