- 2 eggplant
- 2 zucchini
- 2 onions
- 3 carrots
- 4 potatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 kg of tomatoes
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- laurel
- thyme
Cut the onions and the meat and let them fry for few minutes in 30 milliliters of olive oil .
Cut all the vegetables (except the tomatoes) and add them in the pot together will all the spices. Let them cook for 35 - 40 minutes at slow fire.
Add the tomatoes and let them cook for another 20 minutes.
