- 5 eggs
- 5 apples
- 100 grams of flour
- 30 grams of raisins
- 170 grams of sugar
- 40 grams of butter
- 200 milligrams of water
- cinnamon powder
- vanilla sugar
Peel and core the apples. Keep the apple peel separately.
Beat the egg whites with 3 spoons of sugar and the egg yolks with 2 spoons of sugar.
Mix them and add the flour and the vanilla sugar.
Melt 150 grams of sugar in an oven pot and slowly swing the pot so that the melted sugar covers several centimeters of the walls of the pot. Let it cool and then grease the melted sugar with 30 grams of butter.
Add the apples. Fill in the interior of the apples with cinnamon, raisins, sugar and a bit of butter.
Add the egg/flour composition over the apples.
Put the pot in the oven at medium fire for about 20 - 25 minutes.
or until golden brown
Add over the cake the syrup made from the apple peel and 2 spoons of sugar.
You can decorate the cake with cream or chocolate.
