Strawberry mousse - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:

• 400 grams of strawberries (you can use frozen if you can't find fresh)
• 200 grams of fresh cream
• 3 spoons of sugar
• vanilla sugar

Make the puree from the strawberries mixed with vanilla sugar.

Mix the cream with the sugar until creamy.

Mix the strawberry puree with the cream.
