Eating out - Restaurant Sandalia, Nuoro, Italy
The word to describe this restaurant is: basic.
The food was OK, but nothing extraordinary. The prices are as high as the restaurants from the city center, but the food is not as good.

"With love" cake - recipe (including photos)
Ingredients for the dough:
Mix the melted butter with 70 grams of the powdered sugar.
Add one egg yolk and mix. Repeat the operation for the remaining egg yolks.
Add the flour and mix.
Add the baking powder which was previously mixed with the lemon juice.
Put the composition in the oven for 20 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.
Mix the egg whites with 100 grams of powdered sugar.
Add the beaten egg whites over the baked dough from above and put it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 13 minutes.
You can add some walnuts on top.
Ingredients for cream:
For the vanilla cream: mix 200 grams of milk with 1/2 of the vanilla powder. You have to follow the indications from the envelope.
Mix the fresh cream with the 20 grams of powdered sugar. Then add the vanilla cream from above.
Cut the cake in two horizontal layers.
Add the cream composition from above.
We had more cream so we covered all the cake but it's not mandatory to put the cream on the last lawyer.
Keep the cake in a cold place for a few hours.
Enjoy!

Trip to Castelsardo, Sardinia
From the viewing point where we stopped, it looked like a nice little village, but when we entered the village, there was nothing to catch the tourist´s eye.
