Traditional cheese pie - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients for the first dough:
  • 320 grams of flour
  • 125 grams of yogurt
  • 5 spoons of sunflower oil
  • 2 eggs
  • salt


Mix the flour with the eggs, the sunflower oil, and the salt.


Gradually add the yogurt and mix.




For the second dough you need:
  • 130 grams of flour
  • 8 spoons of sunflower oil

Mix them until you obtain a creamy dough.




Put the second dough over the first one, roll them together and put them in the fridge for 20 minutes.



For the cheese filling you need:
  • 250 grams of cheese
  • 100 grams of fresh cream
  • the zest from 1 medium lemon
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 spoons of sugar
  • vanilla sugar
  • salt

Mix all the ingredients together (except the butter).


Spread the dough on the table.


Add the filling and roll it.


Add the butter over the pie.
Put the pie in the oven at 170 Celsius degrees for about 40 minutes.
