Ingredients:
  • 500 milliliters of water
  • 500 grams of chicken
  • 150 grams of fresh cream
  • 200 grams of celery
  • 1 cup of bors (more details here)
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 big onion
  • 1 small leek
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Cut the vegetables (the garlic) and put them in a pot to boil for 30 minutes.
Don't cut in small pieces the carrots, the onion and the celery.
Add the chicken and salt according to taste and let them boil at slow fire for 1 hour.

Put the pot aside and take out 300 milligrams of soup.

Take out the carrot and cut it in small pieces. Then put it back in the pot.

Take out the celery and the onion, crush them with a mixer and then add them back in the soup.

Mix the eggs with the fresh cream and the crushed garlic.

Mix them with the 300 milliliters of cold soup from the bowl and pour everything back in the pot.

Add the bors (if you don't have bors, you can add the juice of 1 lemon or 1-2 spoons of vinegar).
Let it boil for another half of an hour.
Add the chopped parsley and the soup is ready.

Bon appetit!

Trip to Potenza, Italy

Only if you are in town on a business trip, otherwise there's not much to see or do.

Definitely the Italian city with the strangest street and crossroad system.

Eating out (take away) - Pizzeria Sapori in corso, Potenza, Italy

The best pizza in the region!

Just off the main shopping street in Potenza's old center.

Hotel review - Hotel Miramonti, Potenza, Italy

The room was clean but the natural light wasn't so good, so you have to use artificial light all day.

The rooms are newly renovated, but the walls are very thin and you can here almost everything.

The breakfast is a disappointment: only sweet products, out of which the only eatable thing are the croissants. Even worse, the cleanliness of the breakfast table and tableware was approximate.

It's a crowded street, and they have only 3 parking places and these are always taken.Every night until 23 PM you can hear music from a music hall above the hotel.

We wold not stay again here!

Trip to Positano, Italy - part 2

A good mix of views: cliffs on top, blue sea on the south side, small cobbled streets.

Trip to Positano, Italy - part 1

One of the main attractions of the Amalfi Coast.

The only problem here, like on all the coast, is the lack of parking places. There are two main options: you can leave the car 1 km before the entrance in the city, or leave the car in the private garages from the city. The last option has the inconvenience that you have to leave also the car key to the parking administrators.
