Turkey tikka masala


We tried with turkey meat instead of the classic chicken and it was delicious.

Ingredients:
  • 500 grams of turkey
  • 1 spoon of butter
  • 200 grams of fresh cream
  • 100 milliliters of water
  • 1 envelope of tikka masala spices

(You can find all the indications you need for cooking this meal on the envelope of the Indian spices.)

Melt the butter and add the meat.


Let the meat cook in a covered pan until ready.


Mix the spices with the water.


Add the spices over the meat .

 
Add the fresh cream and let it boil for few minutes.


You can serve it with boiled rice.
