Ingredients:
Mix the beans with the chopped carrot,1 chopped onion, salt, pepper and paprika.
Add the water and let it all boil for 40 minutes at slow fire (that's enough for canned beans, but if you buy dry beans, then you probably should first boil the beans separately for two hours and then add the carrot and onion for another 30 minutes).
Throw the water and mash the beans. Add the mashed garlic and mix.
In a frying pan fry the remaining 2 onions with the sunflower, until yellow.
Add the tomato juice and let it cook for a few more minutes.
Add the fried onions on top of the mashed beans.
Enjoy as a spread on a slice of fresh bread!
