Ingredients for the cocoa dough:
Mix the flour with the cocoa powder and the baking powder.
Beat the egg.
Add the sugar over the egg and mix.
Add the milk and mix.
Add the sunflower oil and the vanilla essence and mix.
Add the flour mixed with the cocoa powder and mix.
Put it aside while you prepare the filling.
For the filling you need:
Beat the eggs with the sugar for few minutes.
Add the milk and the vanilla essence and mix.
In a oven pan / pot caramelize 5 spoons of sugar.
Over the caramelized sugar pour the milk composition.
In the middle of the pot add the dough, without mixing.
Do not cover the pot!!
Put it in the oven at 160 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Add an aluminum foil above the cake and let it in the oven for another 20-30 minutes.
Let it cool overnight.
Next day put a plate over the pan and turn it with a sharp move (basically to switch the cake from the pot to the plate).
It will look like this.
You can decorate it with some melted chocolate.
