Ingredients:
Fry the chicken in the olive oil.
Meanwhile mix the wine with the mustard and the condiments.
When chicken is ready add add the mustard/wine sauce and mix.
Let it boil until the wine evaporates.
Add the chopped cheese and the parsley and mix.
Let it fry for another 5 minutes at slow fire.
While the chicken is cooking, grate the potatoes and fry them in a bit of olive oil.

- 500 grams of chicken breast
- 50 grams of Greek cheese (or other salted cheese you have)
- 30 milliliters of olive oil
- 40 milliliters of white wine
- 4 potatoes
- 1 spoon of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of condiments (oregano, thyme, basil)
- half of a lemon
- parsley
- pepper
- salt
