Ingredients for the mud cake:
Melt the chocolate together with the butter, the water and the coffee.
When the chocolate is melted put it aside to cool!
Meanwhile mix the eggs with the milk and the yogurt.
Separately mix the cocoa powder with the flour, the sugar and the baking powder.
Mix the egg mixture with the flour/cocoa composition.
Finally add the melted chocolate/butter composition and mix.
Put the dough in the preheated oven at 160 Celsius degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Ingredients for the ganache:
Melt the chocolate together with the milk and the fresh cream and put it aside to cool.
Ingredients for the decorating cream:
Mix the mashed strawberries with the sugar and 50 milliliters of water.
Add the mix flour/water over the strawberries. Let it boil at slow fire until thick, a bit like a jam.
Mix the fresh cream with the cooled strawberry mixture.
Cover the cake with the ganache.
Above add the strippes (made from 100 grams of melted milk chocolate)
Add the decorating cream ... above and the cake is ready .

- 120 grams of milk chocolate
- 60 milliliters of milk
