Rosemary focaccia - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 600 grams of flour
  • 400 milliliters of warm water
  • 150 milliliters of olive oil
  • 25 grams of fresh yeast
  • 2 spoons with sugar
  • salt
  • rosemary


Mix the yeast with the water.

Add the yeast over half of the flour. Add 50 milliliters of olive oil and mix until well incorporated.


 Add the rest of the flour and mix until you obtain a sticky dough.



 Grease a pan with 40 milliliters of olive oil.


Put the dough in the middle (like a ball) and spread 20 milliliters of olive oil, above.


Let the dough rest for an hour in a warm place.


Spread the dough in the tray and press the dough with your fingertips.
Add the remaining olive oil and the rosemary .
Let the dough rest for half of an hour.



Put the dough in the preheated oven at 200 Celsius degrees for 15-20 minutes or until brown.
