Ingredients:
Mix the tomato juice with the mustard, the pepper, the sunflower oil, the honey, the wine, paprika, salt, thyme and the laurel leaves.
Add the chicken wings and the chopped garlic.
Let everything rest in the fridge for about 1 hour.
Put the meat and the spiced sauce together with the olives in a baking pan and let it in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 45-55 minutes or until the wings are cooked.
You can eat it with boiled rice, boiled potato or peas.
