Ingredients:
Cut the eggplants and grill them.
Meanwhile prepare the bechamel sauce.
If the sauce is too thick: when cooled, you ca add milk until you obtain the consistency you want.
Cut the lamb meat in small pieces.
In an oven tray add a layer of eggplant, then add the lamb meat, the sliced potatoes and finally the bechamel sauce. Add salt and pepper and put it in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 25-30 minutes.
