Healthy breakfast - recipe (including photos)

Easy, fast and delicious!!

Ingredients:
  • 100 grams of berries
  • 100 milliliters of milk
  • 50 milliliters of water
  • 3 spoons with oat flakes
  • 2 spoons of yoghurt
  • 1 spoon with honey (or more, depending on how sweet you want it)
  • 1 spoon with linen seeds
  • 1 spoon with sliced almonds
  • salt


Boil the milk mixed with the water together with the oat flakes and the salt until tender.
Add the honey and mix until it's dissolved.
 

Add half of the berries and the linen seeds and keep it at slow fire for 1 or 2 minutes.


When ready add the yoghurt, the rest of the berries and the almonds.
