Ingredients for the dough:
Mix the yeast with the warm milk, the sugar and a spoon of flour. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Mix well the milk/yeast composition, the flour, the sparkling water, the salt and the olive oil.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Ingredients for the filling:
Fry the bacon for a few minutes.
Spread the dough on the table.
Add the tomato/pepper sauce, the chopped young onion(s), the fried bacon, the mozzarella, one beaten egg and the fresh cream.
Roll the dough and cut it in pieces of 2-3 cm. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
Brush the mini-pizzas with the second beaten egg and put them in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.

- 150 grams of bacon
- 1-2 young onions or leek
- 2 eggs
- 1 spoon with fresh cream (optional )
- a few spoons with tomato or bell pepper sauce

Add the tomato/pepper sauce, the chopped young onion(s), the fried bacon, the mozzarella, one beaten egg and the fresh cream.
Roll the dough and cut it in pieces of 2-3 cm. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
Brush the mini-pizzas with the second beaten egg and put them in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.
