Ingredients:
- 3 avocados
- 120 milliliters of yoghurt
- 2 spoons with lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt
Clean and cut the avocados and the garlic. Mix them well with a plunger.
Add the lemon juice, then add the salt and the yoghurt and mix well.
Can be served with toast bread.
