Ingredients:
Clean and cut all the vegetables (except the tomatoes) and put them in a pot with water at slow fire.
Cut the beef in strips and add it in the pot.
Let it cook for 40 minutes at slow fire.
Add the tomatoes and let it boil for another 15 minutes (or until the meat is cooked).
Add the bors and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
Remove from the fire and add the chopped lovage
Can be served with fresh cream and chilli pepper.
- 600 grams of beef
- 300 milliliters of bors (can be found in the East-European themed stores)
- 150 grams of homemade pasta
- 2 carrots
- 2 pieces of leek
- a few green beans
- a few cherry tomatoes
- lovage
- salt
