Ingredients:
Melt half of the sugar with 1 spoon of cold water.
When caramelized add the butter and mix.
Add the apple cubes and let them simmer for 10 minutes mixing from time to time.
In a separate bowl beat the eggs together with the salt, the remaining sugar and the flour.
Add the milk and the fresh cream and mix until well incorporated.
In a non sticky pan add the apples, then pour the milk/cream composition and put it in the preheated oven at 190 Celsius degrees for 45-50 minutes or until ready.

- 700-800 grams of cut, cleaned and peeled apples (that probably means about 1,5 kg of apples)
- 250 milliliters of milk
- 150 milliliters of fresh cream
- 70 grams of sugar
- 50 grams of flour
