Ingredients for the dough:
Mix the flour with the egg, the sugar, 30 milliliters of sunflower oil, the salt, the yeast (previously mixed with a spoon with sugar), the remaining sugar, the yoghurt and the fresh cream.
Let the dough rest for 30-40 minutes in a warm place.
Spread the dough on the table and cut it in 7-8 parts (as in the photo).
Spread the remaining sunflower oil over the dough and start folding the parts, one over another.
Let it rest for 10 minutes in the fridge.
For the filling we used 3 big apples caramelized in 100 grams of sugar.
Spread the dough on the table and add the caramelized apples.
Roll the dough and cut it in small strips.
Twist every strip like in the photo.
Beat an egg and spread it with a brush over the strips.
Put the tray in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
Enjoy!
