Ingredients:
Heat the olive oil and let the chicken fry for 30 minutes at medium fire.
Take out the chicken and in the remaining olive oil fry the onion until yellow.
Add the chopped bell pepper and let them cook for a few minutes.
Add the chicken, the tomato juice, the thyme, laurel, and salt.
Cover the pot and let it cook for another 30 minutes.
When ready add the chopped garlic and put the pot aside.

- 400 grams of chicken meat
- 700 grams of tomato juice (use the Italian one, with no additives - only tomatoes and salt)
- 30 milliliters of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- laurel
- thyme
- salt
