Nutella dough balls - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients for a dozen pieces:
  • 250 grams of semi-complete flour
  • 200 milliliters of milk
  • 3 spoons with sunflower oil
  • 5 grams of baking powder
  • 2 spoons with sugar
  • 1 spoon with vanilla sugar
  • salt

Mix the flour with the baking powder and the salt.

Add the cold milk, the sugar, the vanilla sugar and the sunflower oil. Mix until you obtain a non sticky dough.

Spread the dough on the table and with a glass make round forms.

On half of them add Nutella (or jam if you like).

Now with the empty dough round forms cover the forms with nutella. Seal them well .

Place the Nutella dough balls in a heated non sticky and keep them at medium fire for a few minutes on each side.

No sunflower oil is needed during baking!

When ready, cover them in powdered sugar.

Enjoy!
