Orange liqueur - first recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 300 milliliters of "eau de vie"
  • 200 milliliters of water
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 3-4 oranges
  • few cloves


Cut the oranges and put them in a jar. Add a few cloves and the alcohol.

Let the composition rest for 3 - 4 weeks.


After one month you can continue the process:

Over a slow fire, mix the water with the sugar and let the sugar melt.

Let the composition cool and then mix it with the orange liqueur.


Let everything rest for a week.


Strain the liquid and put it in the bottles.

Enjoy!
