Ingredients:
Firstly, put the walnut kernels in a bowl and cover them with water. Let them rest in the water for 4 hours. Strain the walnuts and crush them.
Beat the eggs with the sugar and the salt for 6 minutes until they double the volume.
Add the sunflower oil and mix slowly until well incorporated.
Add the moist crushed walnuts and mix.
Add the cocoa and mix.
Put the composition in a tray and put it in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 20 minutes or until ready.
Let it cool!
