Ingredients for 8 small pieces:
Melt the butter at slow fire.
When melted, add the flour and mix until well incorporated.
Add the hot milk and mix.
Add the grated cheese and mix until well incorporated.
Add the egg yolks and mix.
Finally, add the beaten egg whites and mix slowly.
Preheat the oven at 180 Celsius degrees.
Put the composition in a muffin tray and put it in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees for about 20 minutes.
Serve it immediately with some fried asparagus and fresh spinach salad.
