Baked omelet recipe

Ingredients:
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 potatoes
  • 100 grams of grated cheese 
  • 1 young onion
  • sunflower oil for frying
  • salt
  • pepper



Clean, cut and fry the potatoes.


Beat the eggs for a few moments. Add the grated cheese, the salt, the pepper and the chopped young onion and mix.


Incorporate the potatoes in the beaten eggs composition.


Add the composition in a tray and put it in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 15 -20 minutes or until ready.


You can decorate with parsley and tomatoes.
