A few days ago, we discovered on an Italian site the best dough for pizza. Try and you´ll see what we are talking about.
Ingredients for 1 pizza:
- the dough
Mix the wheat flour with the Manitoba flour.
In the middle of the flour make a whole and add the fresh yeast previously mixed with the honey and 2 spoons of warm water.
Start mixing and little by little add the rest of the water and the salt. When you have a firm dough, add 1 spoon of olive oil and mix until well incorporated. Now, add the other spoon of olive oil and mix well. Let the composition rest for 10 minutes.
After the 10 minutes passed, spread the dough by hand just a bit, and fold it like an envelope.
Put it back to rest in a warm place for 2 hours .
After the time passed, spread the dough on the table, by hand, and fold it back again. Let it rest on the table, covered with a towel for another 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, you can fry a bit the bacon because it will be more tasty. Let it cool!
Spread the dough on the table in a thin layer. Cut 100 grams of cheese in small pieces and spread them along the edges dough. Now, fold the edges of the dough over the cheese.
This will be the cheese crust.
In the middle of the dough add the tomato/ bell pepper juice, then the fried bacon and then the remaining cheese. You can put more cheese if you´d like.
Put it in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the middle of the pizza is golden brown.

- 5 spoons with tomato or bell pepper juice
