Lamb stew - recipe (including photos)
Recently we cooked lamb stew and it was delicious.
Ingredients:
First you have to boil the lamb for 2 hours over a slow fire.
Then, chop all the vegetables and let them boil together with the lamb for half of hour:
Pour the tomato juice:
After you turn off the fire, chop the the garlic and the parsley, put them over the stew and leave it covered for 10 minutes:
Bon appetit!

- 4 tomatoes,
- 2 bell peppers,
- tomato juice,
- 1 zucchini,
- parsley,
- garlic,
- salt,
- pepper
- laurel (leaves)

Very hot outside?
Apparently, the Ministry of Health in Luxembourg believes that we can have torrid days in Luxembourg.
Funny, we were always happy that in Luxembourg is quite cool even in the middle of the summer, compared to countries like Romania, Cyprus or Italy.
