Yogurt bread - recipe (including photos)
Ingredients:
Mix all the ingredients above and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Make little balls and let them rest for another half an hour.
Bake the bread in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 - 45 minutes (before putting them in the oven you may spread on top some sesame seeds or poppy seeds).
Enjoy!

- 300 grams of flour
- 150 grams of yogurt
- 8 spoons of warm milk
- 20 grams of melted butter
- 20 grams of sugar
- 5 grams of yeast
- salt

Filled bread buns - recipe (including photos)
Ingredients :
Carve out the interior of the buns.
Add the chopped cheese,the chopped bell pepper the tomatoes and the chopped bacon.
Add the olives and the fresh cream.
Finally add the beaten eggs.
Put them in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes.
You can bake this recipe for breakfast or as a snack.

Pear madeleines - recipe (including photos)
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 pears
- 70 grams of salted butter
- 80 grams of flour
- 2 spoons of sugar (more or less, according to taste)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 spoon of honey
Mix the eggs with the sugar and the vanilla sugar.
Add the flour and continue mixing.
Add the honey and the grated pears.
Add the melted (then cooled) butter and mix.
Put the composition in baking trays (we used a silicone tray) and let it in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 10 - 15 minutes.

Meissen, porzellan-manufaktur, Germany - part 3
The last thing about the Meissen porcelain: the more kitschy - the more expensive they are.
It reminded us very much of the communist regime in Romania, where all the houses were full of kitsch porcelain (some examples here).
