Corsica Ferries review - Corsica Victoria
Although the ferry was big enough (not as big as the Moby ferries though) because it was a bit of a storm, we had a rough journey, but all is well when it ends well.
The ferry had 2 big common areas (bar and self-service restaurant) and a small playing area for children.
The food was good and not too salty, with prices ranging from 8 euro (for pasta) to 11 euro (for a main dish).

Homemade condensed milk - recipe (including photos)
Ingredients:
Put all the ingredients from above in a pot and put it at slow fire (my electric cooking plate was set at level 3 out of 9).
When the butter and sugar are melted, increase the heat a bit (I set it at level 5) and let it boil.
When it starts boiling let it another 10 minutes mixing continuously.
Cool the composition by placing it in a cold place while mixing continuously.
It can be kept in a jar (I kept it for 2 weeks ) in the refrigerator and use it when its needed.
The original recipe can be found here
- 250 grams of powdered sugar
