Homemade sausages - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 500 grams of mixed meat (beef and pork)
  • 3 spoons of sunflower oil
  • several cloves of garlic(according to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 glass of mineral water
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • few coriander seeds


Mix the meat with all the ingredients for 15-20 minutes.

Let the mixture rest over night in the fridge.

Next day form with the hand little sausages and fry them on the grill or in a pan.


You can eat them with mashed/fried potatoes and tomatoes or pickles.
