Ingredients:
Mix the yeast with 4 spoons of sugar, the milk and 4 spoons of flour.
Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Add the rest of the flour, the salt and the water and mix.
Add the butter and mix until you obtain a non sticky dough.
Let it rest for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile mix the fresh cheese with the mascarpone and the remaining sugar, the vanilla sugar and 4 eggs.
Divide the dough in five equal parts .
Spread the dough on the table and add the filling. Roll it and put it in the tray.
Let it rest for 30 minutes. Above brush the remaining egg (previously beaten).
Put it in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 35-45 minutes or until ready.
