Tartare de fruits - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients for 2 persons:
  • 50 grams of fresh strawberries
  • 50 grams of fresh raspberries
  • 50 grams of watermelon
  • 2 mint leaves
  • 1 apricot
  • 1 small peach
  • 1 spoon with lemon juice
  • 1 spoon with honey

Clean and cut the fruits. Add the lemon juice, 1 mint leaf finely chopped and the honey and mix slowly not to crush them. Put it in the fridge for 1 hour.
  

On a plate, assembly the fruits inside a bakery metal cilinder and decorate with the other mint leaf.

If you like,you can add some fresh cream above.
