- 450 grams of chicken wings
- 1 carrot
- celery
- 1 onion
- parsley
- salt
- pepper
Cut the vegetables (except the onion) and put them to boil together with the wings.
Put the whole onion without cutting it and take it away after the soup is ready.
For the noodles you need:
- 1 egg
- 100 grams of wheat flour
- salt
Mix the egg with the flour and salt.
Spread the dough on the table and cut it in small strips.
Put them one over the other and slice them.
You can use them right away or in the next days.
When the soup is boiling add the noodles.
When the soup is ready add the chopped parsley.
