- 400 grams of shrimps
- 4 cloves of garlic
- the juice from 1 small lemon
- a pinch of red chili powder
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- 2 spoons of olive oil
Put the olive oil in a pan and let it heat.
Wash the shrimps and add them in the pan, pour the lemon juice, add the finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper and the red chili powder. You can add other condiments if you like.
Let everything cook for a few minutes under a cover (5 minutes maximum).
You may add some Grana Padana cheese when eating.
