Quinoa pudding - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 250 milliliters of milk
  • 3 spoons of quinoa seeds (which have been left the previous night in a bowl of water)
  • 5 spoons of oat flakes
  • 3 spoons with honey
This is a simple recipe for an easy breakfast or an easy afternoon snack.


Boil the milk for a few seconds, then add the quinoa seeds and the oat flakes.
Simmer for a few minutes and let it cool.


You can eat it with mashed fruits and a few spoons with honey.
