Avocado cream - recipe (including photos)

Ingredients:
  • 3 avocados
  • 120 milliliters of yoghurt
  • 2 spoons with lemon juice
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt


Clean and cut the avocados and the garlic. Mix them well with a plunger.

Add the lemon juice, then add the salt and the yoghurt and mix well.
 

Can be served with toast bread.
