Prepare the dough:
Mix the warm milk with the fresh yeast, the sugar and 1 spoon with flour. Let it rest for a few minutes.
Add the sparkling water and the sunflower oil.
Add the flour and the salt and mix.
Make a soft dough and let it rest for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Divide the dough in 8-9 pieces.
Prepare the filling:
Mix the mozzarella with the yogurt, the fresh cream, the entire egg and the egg white and the salt.
Prepare the pies:
Spread the pieces of dough on the table, one by one.
Spread some filling on one half of the dough and cover it with the other half.
Put the pies in the oven at 180 Celsius degrees for 25-35 minutes or until ready.
